We do assist them in the entire possible manner. Our ultimate aim is the welfare of the communities. Structure of the Human Rights Protection Mission. The Human Right Protection Mission consists of various committees from Ward level of the Panchayat/Muncipality/Township/Corporation/other Local Self Government Organisations to theNational level with 13 official members in all its Committees. National Committee
National committee consists of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary General, two Joint Secretaries, Treasurer, three National Coordinators and four Executive members. All the State Presidents and Secretaries are Ex-officio members of the National Committee. . State Committee
Each State Committee consists of President, General Secretary, Treasurer, two Vice Presidents, two Joint secretaries, three Coordinators and three Executive members. All Regional Presidents and Secretaries and all the District Presidents and Secretaries are Ex- officio members of the State Committee. Regional Committee
States are divided into regions consisting of three to five districts and each Regional Committee consists of President, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, two Joint Secretaries, one Coordinator and six Executive members. The District Presidents and Secretaries coming under each Region are Ex-officio members of that Regional Committee. District Committee
Each District Committee consists of President, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, two Joint Secretaries, one Coordinator and six Executive members. All Taluk Committee Presidents and Secretaries in the district are Ex-officio members of the concerned District Committee. Taluk Committee
Each Taluk Committee consists of President, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, two Joint Secretaries, one Coordinator and six Executive members. Presidents and Secretaries of all the Corporation/Muncipality/Panchayat/LSGOs committees in the concerned Taluk are Ex-officio members of the Taluk Committee. Corporation/Muncipality/Township/Grama Panchayat/LSGOs/Committee. Each Corporation/ Muncipality/ Grama Panchayat Committee consists of President, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, two Joint Secretaries, one Coordinator and six Executive members. Presidents and Secretaries of all the wars committees coming under the concerned Corporation/Muncipality/Township/Grama Panchayat/LSGOs are Ex-officio members of the Corporation/ Muncipality/Grama Panchayat Committee. Ward Committee coming under Corporation/Muncipality/Grama Panchayat/LSGOs. Each Ward Committee consists of President, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, two joint Secretaries, one Coordinator and six Executive members. All the superior Committees from LSGO/Grama Panchayat/Muncipality/Corporation level to the National level shall control the functioning of their concerned subordinate committees from ward level onwards. Any irregularity or maladministration noticed on the part of any member/committee will be reported to the concerned superior committee then and there and the superior committee shall enquire about such issues and take appropriate further action in consultation with the State Cabinet. Follow up action in any issues related to human Rights coming to the notice of the committees from ward level to district level should be studied, verified and brought to the notice of the concerned district committee and the district committee will take follow up action on the matter. No subordinate committee other than the District committee will take follow up action on such issues so as to avoid malpractices. It is the responsibility of all the District Committees to ensure it. A record of action taken shall be maintained by all Committees and all the committees shall keep a record of the issues taken up by them
Other Units under the Organization
Vanitha Cell
There will be separate Vanitha Cells under all the committees from National level to the Ward level and all these cells are under the control of the concerned committees. This Cell is intended for the movements and welfare of women and also for women empowerment and to make awareness among women and girls about their rights, about the relevant provisions of the Dowry prohibition Act, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Child Marriage Act, Provisions of the Indian Penal Code such as Sec. 354, 509, 498(A), 304 (B), 306, 376, 125, Succession Act, Functioning of the Family Court, Women’s Commission, Women Cells of the Police Department etc. This Cell consists of 13 lifetime members. Each Vanitha Cell consists of President, Vice President, Secretary, two Joint Secretaries, Treasurer, Coordinator and six Executive Committee Members. Any woman who is willing to join this Cell can submit application along with the required member ship fees and three colour photographs to the President of the concerned Committee and the Cabinet/ Executive Body concerned will take decision on such application. President and Secretary of the Cell are ex-officio members of the concerned Committee without voting powers. Any number of wiling women can be included in this Cell but only the 13 life time members are having voting powers. Legal Cell
There will be Legal Cells attached to all the District Committees. It is to provide appropriate assistance in connection with legal matters to the deserving and to make awareness among citizens about the functioning of various offices of the Indian Judiciary such as Courts, the Legal Services Authority, Taluk Legal Services Committees, National and State Human Right Commissions, State Lok Ayukta etc. The Legal Cell is under the control of the District Executive Body . Education Cell
Education Cell will function for the educational welfare of the society. Candidates who face tough time difficult situations in connection to their educational areas can approach our Education Cell. Medical Cell
There will be a Medical Cell attached to all the District Committees to work in the area of health related issues and also to provide emergency service to all communities, irrespective of any barriers of caste, colour, creed, or any other boundaries. To interfere, in case, medical facilities are denied to the public especially to the members of the backward classes by the authorities and to initiate appropriate legal help in such issues. This cell will be under the control of the District Executive Body. Media Cell

It is to work among the youths in the campus and to provide appropriate assistance thereof. Also to provide awareness classes about the impacts of drugs, alcohol, to***co etc, about maintenance of proper health conditions and prevention of various diseases. To make them aware about the important Laws in force and making good family set up and relations in the society. Also to make aware the youths about Dowry Prohibition Act, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Adultery Cruelty towards women, Indecent Representation of Women and Children’s Act, Narcotic and Psychotropic .substances Act, Motor Vehicles Act Juvenile Justice Act etc. This Cell is under the control of the concerned District Executive Body. Pravasi Cell
It is indented to work for the welfare of the citizens of India who are abroad in connection with their job and any other livelihood reasons. To give necessary assistance including legal assistance to them in case of any problem that arises to them either abroad or in their native place and to provide necessary legal assistance to them in case of necessity. To provide assistance in the event of any problem arises at all the International Airports. Also to give assistance if necessary in liaison with the External Affairs Department and the Indian Consulates of the concerned Nations. Pravasi Cell is under the direct control of the Concerned State Cabinets. Special Investigation Cell
A Special Investigation Cell will be attached to all the District Committees to work/fight against any wrong or improper actions, very specifically in the area of criminal and illegal activities. To conduct private investigation for ascertaining the actual facts in issues relating to violation of Human Rights and to assist the Police Department and the Human Right Commission to find out the correctness and veracity of such issues. This cell is under the control of the concerned District Executive Body
RTI Cell
RTI Cell is intended to make awareness about the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005 and to assist the deserving citizen to get the required information from public authorities. Aims and objectives of the HRPM are the following
1) To work for the protection of the Human Rights in all respects especially to protect the society against any violation towards Human Rights.
2) Taking appropriate and necessary steps against any violation of Human Rights, which arises within the jurisdiction of the society.
3) To work for the protection of ecology and guard against the pollution of ecology in association with the State Pollution Control Board, requesting them to take appropriate action against the guilty of the cases.
4) To work for the liberty and equality among the economically weaker section of the community irrespective of any religion, caste, and any other boundaries.
5) To conduct seminars, Awareness Campaigns, Lectures and classes etc based on the Prime focus and vision of the society.
6) Fighting against poverty and supporting the marginally needy sections of the community by rendering the service in cash or kind as per the requirement.
7) Uplifting of the poor in order to improve their livelihood and helping them with all possible help in the area of farming and cultivation in association with the Agriculture department, local bodies and other voluntary organizations.
8) Relief and rehabilitation during natural calamities and catastrophe.
9) Providing adequate help to the volunteers and voluntary organisation who are engaged in relief and rehabilitation activities.
10) Working for the development of the youth and women empowerment.
11) To provide employment opportunities for educated unemployed and uplift their abilities. Starting/opening Youth Centers, Providing them technical training/ . qualifications like mechanical, technical, electronic, electric, computer programs, maintenance and mobile repairing and maintenance programs to the educated and appropriate youth.
12) Specially focusing on Educational Development, Health Awareness, Health Camps and Seminars, traffic rules, awareness against alcohol, various addiction, illness and various other awareness programs.
13) To arrange career orientation and personality.
14) Providing and conducting Educational Programs and workshops for both male and female and also Educational Programs to the old aged.
15) To conduct computer classes and welfare programs for students.
16) Professional and Technical qualifications for the appropriate and needy.
17) To work for the welfare of women, youth and physically and mentally disabled persons.
18) Starting various small scale fund raising schemes for the welfare of women, disabled and handicapped, poor and downtrodden people, specifically the ones who . are below the Poverty Level.
19) To aware the society about the importance of life, health, wealth and time etc..
20) To conduct short term training programs to improve the required skills of youth for various tasks and Income Generating units/schemes for poor and needy.
21) Conducting seminars and camps in different aspect for the society in order to build a mentally, socially, materially, financially, physically and spiritually healthy society.
22) To sensitize the weaker section of the society for their valuable future.
23) To conduct special training programs for the upliftment of educationally and socially backward students.
24) To conduct community intervention programs to identify mentally challenged children and children with other disorders through net working with other NGOs and special schools to bring them to the main stream of the society.
25) To give awareness to the people about the importance of planting trees, vegetable garden, agricultural activities and to organize training programs with the help of Department of Agriculture.
26) To work for the upliftment of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Community.
27) Conducting surveys for the development of widows and orphans.

29) Relief and Rehabilitation programs from Catastrophe/ Natural Calamities.
