*Rules of Conference.*
1. Kindly ensure your phone has enough battery and data plan.
2. Log in to the Video conference at anytime between 3.45 PM to 4.20 PM. If you can't able to log in into Zoom, Join the above FB group in which the conference will be live-streamed.
3. Kindly set your name along with your initial in Caps as your Visible Name. (Certificates will be issued to online names only, hence kindly set correct name)
4. You are in liberty to turn on or turn off your video. We suggest you to turn off your video which will save your battery and data.
5. If you lost connection or face any issue with video or audio, kindly exit and reconnect to the video room. If the issue persists, join through FB live.
6. Your audio will be muted till the question hour. Please don't manually turn on your audio mic.
7. Consider using headphones during the conference for a better audio experience.
8. If you have any doubts regarding the subject, kindly post it in the Chat section. If the doubt is so complicated and you can't express the same in words, kindly note it down and inform in chat that you have a doubt. You will be given the opportunity to ask your doubt.
9. Kindly have patience, the subject is large and takes a considerable amount of time (i.e. up to 1.30 hours). So kindly make yourself comfortable with your place.
10. If the speaker isn't visible to you, kindly swipe the screen to find the speaker and double click on them.
11. Rules shall strictly adhere and admins are responsible for enforcement of the same. So please don't make it an issue, when your mic got muted or video gets off.
12. Participants kindly have some patience if the app or connectivity of host or speaker disconnected. Our team will re-enforce the connection as quickly as possible.
13. The class may be extended up to 6:00 PM, if required.
