• O.A.7/2012-13, R.A. 16/2013 W.P.2989/2014 M.A.148&149/2017 Leave to Appeal. Same when self admitted into KauveryHospital,Chennai,soon after a heart-attack. Miscreant *engaged Adv.Lt.Comdr.& Advocate Illangovan, to purposefully withdraw Case MA148/149/2017*as abuse of Vakalatnama, to please the Lt.Gen. (AdminBenchMember)whose term was coming to an end.

3. WHAT RELIEF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.
Legitimate dues as per NANA citation of the Hon’ble Supreme Court which other ex-serviceman recruits are enjoying with lesser army service and also of the Peace-Time period whereas while SELF joined during the National Emergencies.* from such a young age being a son of a Warrior of the Second World War. Exemplary Record while in service.

4. WHAT ARE THE GROUNDS IN YOUR SUPPORT.
*Deliberate Delays caused by the SIGNAL RECORDS, to deny my genuine case saying difficult to get the Signals Recordist back, as they were discharged and not in service. Supervising Officer ought to take the blame orelse why Officers posted in “Signal Records” Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.?

5. WHY & WHERE THE AUTHORITIES HAVE ACTED WRONGLY AND FOR WHAT REASON. Authorities /Officials in Signal Records following the VENGEANCE by the Admin.Bench Member, of AFT Chennai Region. EXPOSING:Non Lawyer-though Senior Army Officer * Posted as equivalent to Hon’ble Judges of the HighCourts. Which is illogical and unreasonable *while no shortage of Qualified-Lawyers, in our country INDIA> Besides their NDA entry level being Hr.Secondary/Intermediate and trained to fight and kill only mindset. Misfit to JUDICIAL OR Quasi-Judicial ARENA. But COULD have been substituted by Senior Officers of the J.A.G. (JudgeAdvocateGeneral Branch of the Indian Army, MOD G.O.I. atleast, towards FAIR and JUST working Practices, during this modern innovative age.

6. STEPS YOU HAVE TAKEN SO FAR & WHAT IS THE STATUS AS ON DATE.

Qualified Lawyers, to Advocacy are be mentally very strong with courage, confidence, and determination, be committed advocates in real practice, with ideal living principles in Courts or elsewhere, in an honourable, worthy way, showing great self-respect, and respect for others with progressive- thinking, by keeping abreast with relevant updates, to fulfill ‘Citizen’s Legitimate Rights’, only then this ‘Profession’ will GLOW with GLORY and be considered, to be the Supreme -Profession among all, with application of the " Code of Professional Ethcs "thereby knowledgeable, Duty-Conscious to instill requisite discipline,for requisite seriousness in their mindset with commitment to serve fair and just avoiding bias to pressure while in the seat of a " JUDGE ". Which can bring real "Peace, Happiness and Prosperity" to all, ensuring " LAW is equal to all " and that ‘preached to be practiced’, for the general awareness and well-being of all. “Never too late”.
