The Petitioner above named states as follows:

1. The petitioners State that the above case came up on for further proceedings. The petitioner due to health illness.



2. The Petitioners further submit that on their counsel on record was out of station was unable to follow the case.

3. The absence of the Petitioners and the non-representation by their counsel on is neither willful nor wanton but due to the reasons stated above.

4. If the Bailable Warrant issued against them is not recalled the petitioners will be put
to suffer great loss and hardship.

5. If the Bailable Warrant is recalled No prejudice would be caused to Respondent/ Complainant. The petitioner further undertake to appear regularly before this Hon’ble Court in all hearing dates in future.

In these circumstances the petitioners therefore pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to recall the Bailable Warrant issued by this Hon’ble Court on. against the petitioners / Accused and thus render justice.

*வழக்கறிஞர்களுக்கு ஒரு தாழ்மையான வேண்டுகோள்:*

நமது தமிழ்நாடு பார் கவுன்சிலில் "வழக்கறிஞர் நல நிதி" பதிவை புதுப்பிக்காதவர்கள் உடனடியாக புதுப்பித்துக் கொள்ளவும்.

வருடத்திற்கு சந்தா ஐநூறு ருபாய் மட்டுமே!

ஆயுள் சந்தா பதினோறு ஆயிரம் ருபாய்!

வாய்ப்புள்ளவர்கள் ஆயுள் சந்தா செலுத்திவிட்டால் வருடா வருடம் புதுப்பிக்க வேண்டியதில்லை.

வழக்கறிஞர் இறந்து விட்டால் , அவரது சட்டப்பூர்வ வாரிசுகளுக்கு, தமிழ்நாடு பார்கவுன்சில் ருபாய் ஐந்து லட்சத்து இருபத்தி ஐந்தாயிரம் வழங்கும்.

டெல்லி அகிலஇந்திய பார்கவுன்சில் ருபாய் எழுபத்தி ஐந்தாயிரம் வழங்கும். இதற்குரிய சந்தா தொகை, வழக்கறிஞர் பதிவு செய்யும்போதே வாங்கி விடுகின்றனர்.

சமீபத்தில் தாம்பரம் வழக்கறிஞர் விபத்தில் மரணமடைந்து விட்டார். ஆனால் தமிழ்நாடு பார்கவுன்சில் வழக்கறிஞர் நல நிதிக்கு, அவர் சந்தா செலுத்தாத காரணத்தால், அவரது வாரிசுகளுக்கு கிடைக்க வேண்டிய ரு.5,25,000/- பெற இயலாமல் போய் விட்டது.

ஆகவே, அனைத்து வழக்கறிஞர்களும் , உடனடியாக , தமிழ்நாடு பார்கவுன்சிலின் "வழக்கறிஞர் நல நிதி" க்குரிய சந்தாவினை செலுத்த தாழ்மையுடன் வேண்டுகிறேன்.

அவரவர்களது சந்தா பதிவு நடப்பில் உள்ளதா என்பதை தமிழ்நாடு பார் கவுன்சில் இணையதளம் மூலம் தெரிந்து கொள்ளலாம்
