VPMS உறுப்பினர்களுக்காக ALERT Foundation நடத்திய முதலுதவி பயிற்சிப் பட்டறையில், பயிற்சியாளர் திரு. நீலகண்டன் அவர்கள் முதலுதவியின் அவசியத்தையும், அவசர நேரங்களில் சரியான உதவி செய்வதின் முக்கியத்துவத்தையும் பகிர்ந்துகொண்டார்.

ஒவ்வொரு ஆட்டோ ஓட்டுநரும் முதலுதவி தெரிந்திருந்தால், சாலையில் பல உயிர்களுக்கு நம்பிக்கையாக இருக்க முடியும்.

உதவ தயாராக இருப்போம். உயிர்களை காப்போம்.

Our VPMS members took part in a First Aid Workshop conducted by the ALERT Foundation, where Mr. Nilakandan shared valuable insights on how basic first aid knowledge can save lives before medical help arrives.

A small act. A big impact. Because helping someone in need starts with being prepared.

அவரின் புன்னகை, துணிச்சல், அன்பு எங்கள் நினைவுகளில் என்றும் நிலைத்திருக்கும். அவரை இழந்து வாடும் குடும்பத்தினருக்கும், நண்பர்களுக்கும், சங்க உறுப்பினர்களுக்கும் எங்கள் ஆழ்ந்த இரங்கலைத் தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.

அவர் நினைவு என்றும் நிலைத்திருக்கும்.

ஸ்டீரிங்கைப் பிடித்தது ஒரு தொழிலுக்காக மட்டும் அல்ல; தங்களுக்கான இடத்தை உருவாக்குவதற்காக.

குடும்பத்தின் எதிர்ப்புகள், சமூகத்தின் சந்தேகங்கள், பொருளாதார சவால்கள், தனித்தாய் வாழ்க்கையின் பொறுப்புகள், எண்ணற்ற தடைகள் இவற்றை ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் கடந்து வந்த பெண்களின் கூட்டுப் பயணம்தான் இது.

Through this Menstrual Care Kit, we aim to make those days a little easier by providing essential hygiene products and encouraging conversations around menstrual health. Access to safe and comfortable menstrual care helps women look after their health while continuing their work with confidence and dignity.
