The new three acts will came into force with effect from 01.07.2024. Means, the old alone applicable to all the criminal cases prior to 01.07.2024. It will take sometime to every one to understand the new act even a legal expert. Hereafter only either the High courts or Supreme court may decide the validity of the provisions of the 3 acts. Whether it is violates the construction or not whenever the reliable cases listed before the appropriate benches.

Wife filed a suit before the family court against her husband seeking bare injunction that he should not alienate the property which he purchased much prior to marriage. This has been challenged before the High court. The learned single judge referring the issue to larger bench. The special bench has been constituted. It was argued that the wife has no right to file such a suit against the husband. If at all she is having any grievance with husband, she can seek relief of maintenance, not this kind of perpendicular injunction. More precisely, Family court have no jurisdiction at all. Arguments advanced pertaining to all the related laws. Finally, the Hon'ble Division Bench held that Family court has no jurisdiction to entertain these kind of bare injunction/perpendicular injunction suit against the spouse. It is a land mark judgement and first judgement in among the High Courts in India.

After a long while, the Supreme court passed an order and thereby removed the lacuna with respect to validity of domestic enquiry. The Apex court held that once validity of the enquiry decided by one forum, the same domestic enquiry cannot no be chanlleged either before the same forum or in the different forum on a different proceedings under law.
