இன்றைக்கு காதல் திருமணம் செய்தவர்கள் ஒரளவு தப்பித்தார்கள்! பெற்றோர்கள் பார்த்து வைத்த திருமணங்களில் 59% 100வது நாளை தாண்டுவதற்கே சிரமப்படுகின்றன! அப்படியே தாண்டினாலும் கணவன் மீது உள்ள குறையை தன் பெற்றோர்களிடம் சொல்லி அதை அவர்கள் ஊதி பெருதாக்கி (பிள்ளைகளின் வாழ்வில் அதிகம் தலையிடக்கூடாது என்ற அறிவில்லை!) மனைவியையும், அவன் பிள்ளைகளையும் ஆணுக்கு காட்டாமல், பழகவிடாமல் பிரித்து அவன் மேல் மகளிர் காவல் நிலையத்தில் புகார் கொடுத்து அவனை அங்கே அசிங்கப்படுத்தியதோடு, நீதிமன்றங்களில் வரதட்சணை வழக்கு, குடும்ப வன்முறை வழக்கு, ஜீவனாம்ச வழக்குகள் என இருக்கிற அத்தனை வழக்குகளையும் போட்டு அவனை பைத்தியக்காரனாக்கி, நடை பிணமாக மாற்றும் பெண்களின் கொடுமையை சமூகமோ, நீதிமன்றங்களோ பேசுவதில்லை! அவன் பிள்ளைகளை பழகவிடாமல், காட்டாமல் கொடுமைபடுத்துவதை தடுக்க எந்த சட்டமும் இல்லை! நடிகர் ஆர்யாவுக்கு நடக்கும் கொடுக்கும் கொடுமைகளுக்கு எந்த ஆண் நடிகராவது ஆதரவு தெரிவித்தார்களா? இதே ஒரு பிரபல பெண்ணுக்கு ஏதாவது நடந்தால் மட்டும் சின்மயி போன்ற புரட்சி பெண்கள் பொங்குகிறார்கள். ஆண்களின் பாதிப்புக்கு ஆண்களிடமே ஆதரவு கிடைப்பதில்லை, குடும்பம் முதல் நீதிமன்றம், சட்டம்வரை எல்லோரும் பெண்களுக்கு ஆதரவாகத்தானே பேசுகிறார்கள்! வரதட்தட்சிணை தடுப்பு சட்டம்போல ஜீவனாம்ச தடுப்பு சட்டமும் வேண்டும் என்பதே உண்மையான சமத்துவமாக இருக்கும். வரதட்சணை கொடுக்காத பெண்ணுக்கு சிறை தண்டனை இல்லை, ஆனால் ஜீவனாம்சம் கொடுக்காத கணவன்களுக்கு சிறை தண்டனை உண்டு! இந்த பாலியல்ரீதியான வேறுபாட்டை களைய புதிய சட்டங்கள் இயற்றப்பட்டு குடும்பங்கள் அமைப்பு நிலையாக தொடர வழிவகுத்து, குழந்தைகளின் அடிப்படை உரிமையான பெற்றோர் இருவரின் அன்பும், அரவணைப்பும் கிடைக்க செய்ய வேண்டும். இதற்கு சின்மயி குரல் கொடுப்பாரா?

Dear friends,
I attended our SIRC-ICSI (Southern India Regional Council - Institute of Company Secretaries of India) Annual General Meeting first time today.

I share my following suggestions to the Chairman of SIRC, ICSI.

1. Don't mingle with the PCS Regional Conference with the AGM of the SIRC Meeting. Conduct AGM of SIRC-ICSI Separately.

2. Give more importance to AGM of SIRC-ICSI rather than any other meetings or programmes. AGM members attendance should be more than any other meetings. AGM should conduct things like CS & their family meetings like an annual festival function!

3. Request to conduct all meetings, conferences or programs in our SIRC-ICSI own building itself! We don't need to conduct luxury meetings or programs or conferences on the high cost of members. we should reduce the fees of the programs, conferences and meetings through conducting in simple manner. It will reduce the budget expenses in future. Try to construct our SIRO Office spaces for conducting big meetings.

4. Send the Soft copy of Notice & Annual report of AGM to all members without missing. And provide hard copies of Annual Report to whoever attends the meeting itself.

Lets see how they react in future meetings.
