TN Registration Department Circular:-
The Tamilnadu Registration Department issued a Circular No.24129 dated 04.08.2021 stating that the Advocate or Document writer should affix their Passport size photograph in the drafted by coloumn in their drafted documents from 09.08.2021 onwards to avoid and minimise the impersonation of documents.
Before going to the Registrar office to register the document, pls check all the necessary documents including the passport size photo of Drafted by Advocate/Document writer.
