Nomination Process

The Members who want to Step Forward for the Post of President will submit their Request in writing at Mr. Inderjit ji's Office Sector 34.

Nomination Fee: Rs.2500/-

Last Date to file the Nomination: 12th May 2018 by 6:00PM.

Election Process:

The TLA Members will decide by show of Hands on the day of Election.

The Old Governing Body shall welcome the New Elected President.

The New President shall announce his team in 15 to 30 mins, which will include the New:

Vice President
General Secretary
Joint Secretary
Treasurer
&
5 Executive Members.

The Old Governing Body and the New Governing Body shall mutually elect and announce the name of the Chairman.

Time & Date

19th May 2018 (Saturday)
12:00 PM (IST) onwards

Venue : TBD

Some Rules:

> Only those Members can Nominate, Elect or Vote whose Membership Fees has been Paid up to March 2018.

> Only 1 Member Per Firm will be allowed to Vote.

F&B Charges:

1 Member Per Firm Complementary

Additional will be Charged @ Rs.750/Person
(payable at the time of entering the Hall)

So please make sure to Step Forward and take TLA to New Heights.

Hello Everyone !

The Executive Body had a meeting today at Inderjit Singh Ji's Office.

Following Points were discussed:

1. We are going ahead with the Publishing of TLA POCKET DIRECTORY. (Mr. Kamal Gupta 9815043215 will co-ordinate with you all for your Photographs).

2. Next Meeting has been fixed for 15th March, 2017.

3. Shall confirm the *Time & Venue* soon.

4. The work on *TLA WEBSITE* has been started. We will try to *Launch* the same in our Next Meeting.

5. We intend to invite the *Press Media* to cover the Minutes of the Meeting.

6. As an endeavour, we have invited the *Chairman of Blind Institute, Sector 26, Chandigarh*. We shall handover them some amount as *Donation* for the Less Fortunate Children.

7. Those who wish to contribute to the Donation can contact Mr. Inderjit Singh at 9814007777.

8. You all shall receive your Membership Certificates in our Next Meeting!
