ਸਮਾਂ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰੂਦੁਆਰਾ ਐਕਟ 1925, ਜੌ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਦਖਲ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦੇ ਚੁਣਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੰਚਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਦੱਸ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਐਸਜੀਪੀਸੀ ਦੇ ਇਲੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖ ਨਕਾਰ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਨ ਕੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੀ ਤਰਜ਼ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਣਾਏ। ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਉਪਰਾਲਾ ਇਕ ਨਵੀਂ ਗੁਰੂਦੁਆਰਾ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਲਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਬਣ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਖ ਆਪਣੇ ਧਾਰਮਕ ਸਥਾਨਾ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਆਪ ਕਰਨ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਾਰਾ 25 ਅਤੇ 26 ਹਰ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਧਾਰਮਕ ਰਿਵਾਇਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਖੁੱਲ ਹੈ, ਫੇਰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਧਾਰਮਕ ਸਥਾਨਾ ਦੀ ਦੇਖ ਭਾਲ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਸੈਂਟਰਲ ਗੌਰਮੈਂਟ ਦੀ ਮੁਹਤਾਜੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਬੂਲਦੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਆਓ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਟੇਟ ਦਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਣਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਯਤਨ ਆਰੰਭ ਕਰੀਏ। ਨਵਕਿਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਕੀਲ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 28-9-2026.

Serious efforts to contain menace of drugs is responsibility of all Punjab loving people. We experienced drug mafias surviving and thriving in Punjab with help of Politicians. When it's the allegations of the complainant NRI woman that she was sexually exploited by a member of SGPC in the precincts of our Guru ghars and was sent sexually colored audio and video messages by employees of SGPC and that when she brought all the these facts in knowledge of SGPC president and Akal Takhat Jathedar they did nothing ........In this backdrop Sikh Panth should demand an independent probe to be headed by a retired High Court judge to be assisted by independent committee of Sikhs. Yesterday when Jathedar Akal Takht Sahib took a one sided hurried decision in ex communicating S Amarjit Singh Chawla SGPC member. The decision may be correct, but Akal Takht Sahib should be adopting methods which do not defeat the principles of natural justice. Opposite side should always be given a show cause notice before taking any adverse action. I being a Sikh and also a Human Rights Activist and Lawyer would subscribe to a system which is not arbitrary and gives a fair chance to all against whom action is proposed to be taken at Akal Takht Sahib. I also clear this over here that through this statement I however do not absolve S. Amarjit Singh Chawla SGPC member from the charges which he is facing. Navkiran Singh Advocate Chandigarh.

FROM THE WINDOW OF HISTORY AS I EXPERIENCED PERSONALLY.

In the 1989 Indian general election, Simranjit Singh Mann's faction of the Akali Dal (SAD-Mann) won 6 official party seats in the Lok Sabha from Punjab, while also backing 3 to 4 other successful independent candidates, bringing their total tally of allied/won seats in the state to 10 out of 13.

In order to prove its majority V.P Singh needed support of Punjab M.P to form his Govt. Most probably in Dec 1989- Jan 1990 I along with S. Amar Singh Chahal Advocate Chandigarh and S. Santokh Singh Gill Advocate Ropar accompanied Late Bimal Kaur Khalsa M.P from Ropar to Delhi, as the Punjab M.P's had yet not taken their oath. We all were waiting in the room of Ch Devi Lal Dy P.M to enter the Parliament to take oath, when we got the news that S. Dhian Singh Mand M.P had taken a stand outside Parliament building that he would be only entering the parliament in case he is permitted with his 3 Feet Kirpan. Simranjit Singh Mann was absent and he had sent his sister to supervise that all M.P of his party participated in the pArliamnet proceedings. Since Dhian Singh Mand M.P represented Taksal, so we all discussed and it was decided taht Bibi Bimal Kaur Khalsa should also not take oath on that day and we came out of the Parliament building and joined M.P Dhian Singh Mand and then all of us went to Punjab Bhawan , New Delhi and held a press conference announcing that that till S. Dhian Singh Mand is permitted with his Kirpan and we added that till S.Atinder Pal Singh another member parliament who was still languishing in Tihar Jail is also brought in Parliament, Bibi Bimal Kaur Khalsa will not take oath in Parliament. I must also state over here after some time Bibi Bimal Kaur Khalsa did take oath in Parliament.
