Please note that as per Circular 6/2023, due date for filling form 10B and 10BB has been extended to 31st October 2023.

Further, ICAI has issued a draft of the, “Technical Guide on Reports of Audit Under Section 12A/10(23C) of the Income-tax Act,1961”, for seeking any suggestions or clarifications from members at large with a view to make the said publication more effective and user friendly.
