Hello my friends. I was out of contact for more than one year and I did not make any posting. I had serious heart problem. By the grace of God and with the good wishes of my friends, I am now almost recovered and I am now regularly going to Court. On last Monday I had gone to Visakhapatnam and appeared in a very important case. I shall soon be active on Social media and resume Advocates Law Refresher Programme in the form of SOLUTIONS TO COMPLICATED QUESTIONS OF LAW.

Supreme Court of India has held that there is no restriction on non-lawyers funding litigation and getting repaid after the outcome of the litigation. Thus, a client has a very good money claim of Rs. 1 core but does not have money to pursue litigation. A non lawyer can enter into an agreement with the client that the non-lawyer will pay the court fees, will pay the fees of the lawers and thus fund the litigation. If the client realises Rs. 1 core, the non-lawyer will get Rs. 30 lakhs. After adjusting the expenses of say Rs. 5 lakhs, the non- lawyer will make a net profit of Rs. 25 lakhs.

So, lawyers should never hurt the ego of a judge. In this video, you will learn how to make forceful and persuasive arguments before a Judge without annoying him or without hurting his ego.

A great orator may not be a successfull lawyer, a great public speaker may not be a successful lawyer, a great debater may not be successful lawyer. Talking skill required in a court room is something totally different. Taking to the point in a persuasive manner will make you a successful lawyer.

A young lawyer cannot be a successful lawyer if he merely hears the Judge. He will be a successful lawyer only if he listens to the judge. There is a difference between hearing a Judge and listening a Judge. In this video, you will learn the art of listening to the Judge in such a way that you may be able to persuade the Judge in your favour.
