11 जून 2024 को बंगलौर में ऑल इंडिया नेस्ले वर्कर्स फेडरेशन की वार्षिक मीटिंग IUF के सानिध्य में संपन्न की गई। मीटिंग में इलेक्शन पद्धति से श्री हरि सिंह ठाकुर ने श्री मंगेश जी की जगह कार्यभाल संभाला ।।
और AINWF के president बने ।।
इसी के साथ अन्य सदस्यों की कार्यकारिणी का गठन भी सर्वसहमति से किया गया। president Hari Singh Thakur तथा फैडरेशन के अन्य
प्रतिनिधियों ने ,
भविष्य के लिए कर्मचारियों के अधिकारों की रक्षा करने के लिए रूप रेखा तैयार की और सुनिश्चित किया की भविष्य में फेडरेशन को मजबूती प्रदान करेंगे ।।
