In an unusual move, two doctors have written to the Chief Justice of India, urging the Supreme Court to take suo motu cognizance of the Air India Flight AI171 crash at Ahmedabad yesterday.

While the immediate cause of the crash is still under investigation, the appeal raises deeper questions:

⚖️ Can public-spirited individuals invoke constitutional conscience through letters alone?

🛬 Does the judiciary have a role in pushing for aviation safety reforms?

📜 Is it time to revisit how India handles institutional accountability after such tragedies?

If the Court responds, it could set a precedent for proactive judicial engagement in public safety failures.

अगर आपने प्रॉपर्टी की रजिस्ट्री करवाई है या विरासत में मिली है, लेकिन उसका नामांतरण (mutation) अपने नाम नहीं करवाया — तो कानूनी रूप से आप उसके पूर्ण मालिक नहीं।
नामांतरण ज़रूरी है, नहीं करवाने पर आपको पेनल्टी भी देनी होगी ।
