We are happy to announce that the Centre for Parliamentary Studies, NLIU (CPS) has drafted, and released comments and suggestions on the Draft Indian Telecommunication Bill, 2022 as were invited by the Department of Telecommunications of the Ministry of Communications, Government of India. The comments were sent across for review and consideration on 20th October 2022.

The team analysed the Draft Bill and has tried to identify the various points that were highlighted as suggestions and comments.

We extend our gratitude to our Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. V Vijayakumar for the constant support. We would also like to thank our Faculty-in-charge Professor Mr. Amit Pratap Singh, Assistant Professor at National Law Institute University, Bhopal for the continued help, and guidance provided by him.
