Shri Suresh Chandra Shrimali, Co-Chairman, Bar Council of India, has officially moved a landmark proposal to safeguard the financial future of our legal fraternity.

During the general meeting, Shri Shrimali strongly advocated for and received formal support to reduce the eligibility age for the Advocate Welfare Fund from 50 years to 40 years. This initiative aims to ensure that advocates can access the ₹15 Lakh benefit a full decade earlier, providing crucial financial support at the right stage of their careers.

A committee is being constituted to take this vision forward. This is not just a promise; it is a documented commitment to proactive leadership.

परम् सम्मानित अधिवक्ता साथीयो,
राजस्थान अधिवक्ता कल्याण कोष एक्ट में संशोंधन करते हुए पूर्ववर्ति राजस्थान सरकार ने सदस्यता से रिटायरमेंट की उम्र 40 वर्ष से 50 वर्ष कर दी थी। उसे पुनः 40 वर्ष करने के लिए बार कौंसिल ऑफ़ राजस्थान के द्वारा मीटिंग दिनांक 13/09/2025 में राजस्थान सरकार को आवश्यक संसोधन हेतु भेजा जा चुका है। उपरोक्त मीटिंग में काफ़ी सदस्यों की मांग इसे फाइनेंस कमेटी को भेजे जाने की थी एवं मेरे द्वारा यह संशोधन प्रस्तावित किया गया की रिटायरमेंट की उम्र 50 से 40 वर्ष अतिशीघ्र किया जाना चाहिए।
बार कौंसिल ऑफ़ राजस्थान के चुनाव दिनांक 22/04/2026 को होने है जिसमे मैं सुरेश चन्द्र श्रीमाली भी एक प्रत्याशी हूँ एवं मेरा बैलट क्रमांक 05 है। आप श्रीमान मुझे बैलेट क्रमांक 05 पर प्रथम वरीयता का मत एवं समर्थन प्रदान कर अनुग्रहीत करावे । मैं अधिवक्ता हितो के लिए हमेशा तत्पर रहा हूँ और भविष्य में भी रहूँगा।
