🙏🏻🙏🏻🎓🎓BNSS vs C.R.P.C _ पुलिस को मिला किसी को भी अरेस्ट का अधिकार ???? क्या ये न्यायसंगत है ?? section 172 BNSS ..पुरा Video देखे !! अपना अधिकार समझे ???

क्या BNSS, क्रिमिनल् कानून मे पुलिस किसी को भी अरेस्ट कर सकती है ?? क्या ऐसा है इस नये कानून मे जिससे सब परेशान है ??? पुलिस सबको करेगी परेशान ?? इतना बड़ा विवाद क्यो है ,नये क्रिमिनल कानून पे ??? आइये पढ़ाई करते है, जानते है इस नए Section ko ,BNSS ,Section 172 ?? Police preventive power 🎓🎓

Case solution -: आज हमारे पास् एक व्यक्ति आये जिनका जमीन दबंग लोग ,जबरदस्ती कब्ज़ा करना चाहते है | उनलोगो का कहना है की इस गरीब व्यक्ति का जमीन वो अपने नाम फर्ज़ि तरिके से लिखा चुके है ,जब हमारे पास आये व्यक्ति को पता चला तो वो रजिस्ट्री ऑफिस मे पता किये ,तब पता चला की फ़र्ज़ी तरीके से वोलोग उनके परिवार का बनके जमीन अपने- अपने पत्नी क नाम् पर लिखा चुके है ,इन्के ऊपर 420,467,468 इत्यादि धारावो मे कार्यवाही हुआ ।।

नोट -: पुरा video देखे, 3 -4 minute ,हमारा ऑफिस पता है फिर केस करने आये व्यक्ति का इंटरव्यू है !! कानून को समझे ,ताकी कोई आपको परेशान न करे !!

Mircha’ rice of Bihar’s West Champaran has been awarded the GI tag. The size and shape of the grain appear like that of black pepper, hence it is known as Mircha or Marcha Rice. The grains and flakes of this rice have a unique aroma that makes it different. This rice is famous for its aroma, palatability and its aromatic chura (rice flakes) making qualities. The cooked rice is fluffy, non sticky, sweet and easily digestible with a popcorn-like aroma. An application for GI tag was submitted on behalf of Marcha Dhan Utpadak Pragatisheel Samuh, a registered organization of paddy cultivators.

I am here to support Er.manish kashyap ...we have ideological differences but the way ..Bihar state government is working to suppress the voice of individual ..that is very sad ...people are the masters of democracy ..Here rule of people resides & if anyone is raising the voice of the people ..Against the corrupt legislative as well as executive system ..then they rr using their power to suppress that voice ...
