Hello and thank you for reading my question.
I did not know I was not assigned a parking space prior to paying for the office and moving in. Upon learning of a long standing, unwritten policy of builder selling parking slots even when someone moves out, the next person in line will not get the parking the security for a few rupees will give the parking to people who pay The landlords are in the habit of renting first, then surprising the tenant with the issue of parking shortage. People who have illegally paid the builder say that this is their parking space.
Govt don't allow the builders to sell parking in fact they have to build one parking minimum for each flat
Does my lease help me in this or is it too vague
