2. Platinum City ‘O’ Block, Peenya, Bangalore, - Joint Development Agreement between M/s NACONS (Mr. Nazeer Ahmed) and M/s Sheriff Constructions, for
development of ‘O’ Block comprising of 626 Apartments in 3 phases (towers), complete with separate access (road) and amenities.
3. REGENCY MAGNUM, Hennur Road, near Outer Ring Road, 1 Acre 25 guntas of land acquired by M/s Ashed Properties & Investments Pvt. LTD., from Mrs. Philomena Peris and Mr. Michael Peris and developed by construction of 3 towers, Jupiter, Venus and Neptune.
4. Cutchi Memon Jamathkhana, K.Kamaraaj Road, : property belonging to The Cutchi Memon Education Trust & Cutchi Memon Jamath, to be developed by M/s Prestige Estates Projects Limited, in joint venture.
5. Sheriff Constructions Project on Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli, (next to J.P.Morgan) – totally about 40 acres of land belonging to M/s Chamundi Goldhill Estates and Others and being developed in joint venture by M/s Sheriff Constructions. 1st. OSSOOR ESTATES & WARTYHULLY ESTATES’, Coffee estates to an extent of about 2200 Acres developed by Sir Brooke Mocket, a Scotish Knight, and later converted to Limited companies in 1931 and now acquired by Mr Ziaulla Sheriff and his family members, by transfer of equity shares. The entire process of documentation and acquisition has been handled by Mr. Vasudev Rao, Chartered Accountant, Hassan and myself. Besides we have been instrumental in acquisition of 12 other small plantations in the vicinity of the above estates, namely, Matasgara, Udevara, Star, IBC one, IBC Two, Hillside, Hirehasade, Byadane, Belgodu, Hill View, Killara and Karkesia estates. The Cancer research centre is housed in the Basement floor and headed by Dr. Viqar Syed and a full fledged hospital is established in the Upper floors and is now managed by M/s Apollo Hospital Ltd., and Dr. Nisar Syed, Dr. Viqar Syed and Mr. Syed Mehdi are Directors of the hospital.
