It is time to amend disaster management act and include payment of compensation by specially constituted tribunal. It should not be left to state or courts to make payments not based on any principle. When courts are conferred with opportunity to adjudicate constitutional courts are focusing on paasing orders undertaking acts of a state instead of laying down sound principles. Life of every citizen is effected during pandemic. To order make payments randomly is like washing away responsibility to lay down the principles to guide the society at large. If tribunals are constituted interim payments can be made and also make such payment by state subject to jurisdiction of law.

In a transaction pertaining to immovable property, it is self descriptive, that is end product doesn't change hands and is stationary. There what get transferred is invisible right,title and interest. To sum up, the right, title and interest in an immovable property shall always be undivided, in global context.

Principles of natural justice.

With passage of time growth is inevitable. That is being natural and normal. So also principles of natural justice has to grow. Thus magnitude and amplitude of opportunity has to widen. From visibility of opportunity and its exploration to the next level that is "I HAVE UNDERSTOOD YOU AND WHAT YOU WANT". Unless the person who is hearing does not express that what is expressed is understood in the context of person expressing, natural justice is not complete. An exercise of hearing as a formal exercise is no satisfaction of natural justice. A mechanical hearing with out understanding is not satisfaction of natural justice. Not only an opportunity of hearing but also an expression that what is expressed is understood is equally important. If what is expressed is understood then only opportunity would have gone through its full circle. A problem should be understood and such an expression is part of opportunity. Natural justice means understanding. Anything short of it is no natural justice.
