Anubhab interacted with the students of Symbiosis Law School, Pune on the topic of emergence of start-ups and entrepreneurship in India. The discussion involved aspects related to the changing mindset of India towards entrepreneurship, the process of identifying a gap in the market, fundraising, struggles faced by entrepreneurs in their early years, and risk-taking, among others. The conference was hosted and moderated by the Entrepreneurship Cell of the college and the other panellists included Dr Indrajit Dube, Mr. Karanvir Singh and Mr Sunil Khandbahale.

Our founding Partner Anubhab Sarkar spoke at the Delos Dispute Resolution - the first Delos-Y India Breakfast event. The topic of the discussion primarily revolved around evidence gathering techniques, document production and examination in chief/cross examination of witnesses. The session was brilliantly hosted and co-moderated by Kartikey Mahajan and Trisha Mitra. The other panelists included stellar practitioners such as Gracious Timothy Dunna, Swagata Ghosh, Maithili Parikh and Manasa Sundarraman.

The event aimed at helping young practitioners, students, trainees, interns to understand the practical nuances in relation to the above topics in a dialogue format. It was a pleasure to have been a part of this event, although on an online platform.

Lastly, a huge shout out to the team at Delos Dispute Resolution for put this event together and conducting it seamlessly Rahul Donde, Hafez Virjee, Ezequiel Pien, Varad S. Kolhe.

We would like to congratulate Team GoodMylk, a vegan start-up based out of Bangalore, for raising USD 1 Million from existing as well as new investors. GoodMylk has been a frontrunner in vegan food and beverage sector in India and with this successful funding round will excel to new heights.

So far, having extensively worked in the National Capital on a need basis, we are extremely proud to announce the opening of our Delhi office.

Our Delhi office will be headed by Gagan Narang who has joined us as an Associate Partner. Gagan will be expanding TL's regular practice in the National Capital Region especially the Supreme Court of India.

Gagan is an alumnus of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. Before joining TL, Gagan worked at a top-tier law firm in Mumbai before diving into hardcore dispute resolution practice in New Delhi by joining an eminent Law Chamber, practicing before the Supreme Court of India. He has a wide array of experience in handling matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Courts across India, various other judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
