1) Understand Everyone is Human :
Realize everyone, even the 'cool' ones, have their struggles and insecurities. Acknowledge that you are not alone in your feelings of self-doubt.

Regularly reflect on your accomplishments and progress. Validate your achievements and use them to foster a positive self-view and stronger self-belief.

Be Brave Enough To Be Alone !!

By 'alone' I mean not relying on someone else for your happiness or your comfort. By alone I mean dreaming of a future where your goals depend on you -and only you- to achieve them. By alone I mean strolling down a beach with the sand between your feet and hugging yourself as the wind ripples against your arms. By alone I mean taking yourself on a date to your favourite cafe with a book and a coffee, and watch the sun rise and fall as you feel only peace in that moment.

Be brave enough to love yourself. By 'love' I mean wrapping strength around your wrists as you bunch your hands into tight fists for anyone who dares to treat you badly, and letting your heart rest inside your chest rather than carrying it on your sleeve for people who will never see it for what it's worth. Love yourself enough to walk away, enough to say 'no' when you've had enough, enough to smile at your reflection in the mirror when life is grim, enough to strip away the guilt attached to putting yourself first !!

Heartiest congratulations to the Indian Cricket Team on their 8th Asia Cup win.

"It was a clinical performance" — very rightly said by Ishan Kishan post the match.

What a great swing bowling performance in the Asia Cup final we have seen today by Mohammed Siraj who was very ably supported by Jasprit Bumrah and Hardik Pandya.

The way India has played Pakistan in the Super 4 and the way we have played against Sri Lanka today, the Indian cricket team looks like a very strong bunch of players and it's one of the best that we have had in the past few years. And it augurs very well for us going into the World Cup.

Hats off to the Indian cricket team coach Rahul Dravid and the Indian team captain Rohit Sharma for believing in their players and believing in their own decisions. Because when all the critics including the top cricketing minds of yesteryears felt that KL Rahul shouldn't be given a chance in the Asia Cup coming back from a serious injury and that Ishan Kishan should be continued as the wicket-keeper, the coach along with the captain didn't think alike. They stuck to their guns and did what they felt was best for the team. A great lesson to be learnt here.

And what a revelation has Kuldeep Yadav been in this tournament. Superb performance. The same goes for Shubman Gill who has batted terrifically in the entire tournament and has been the leading run scorer amongst all the teams.

The way each individual has performed in this Asia Cup clearly shows that we are just not dependent on champion players like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja and that each individual knows his role very well in the team. Again kudos to the coach and the captain for making this happen.

And again a great lesson to be learnt here is that nobody knows better than the core leadership team. Critics will remain critics and it just takes one big knock to silence them and one big tournament to show your true strength as a team !!
