A Eight Feet statue of former President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam is been installed in the sea beach of Chandipur in Balasore.

He has worked at the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) unit at Balasore for long as a missile scientist. And Also The former president of our country.

The life size statue has been installed under the initiative of the Golden Beach Festival Committee with support of the Balasore district administration.
