Delhi trial court directed Delhi Police to provide information of proclaimed offenders and jail inmates on its website so that the public can help cops in catching absconders.

The Kerala High Court while hearing a petition directed the Centre and the Customs Department to file an affidavit detailing the steps taken to install x-ray scanners at the International Containers Trans shipment Terminal, for effective surveillance of imported containers.

14. Treat minority schools differently: HC to Delhi Govt.
New Delhi: The Delhi High Court today stayed the operation of certain provisions of Delhi government’s nursery admission guidelines concerning minority schools, saying these institutions are free to devise their own procedures and should be treated "differently".

15. HC rejects PIL against Bhendi Bazaar redevelopment
Mumbai: The Bombay High Court today dismissed a PIL that challenged the ''Bhendi Bazaar Cluster Redevelopment Scheme'', alleging that tenants were being evicted at gunpoint at the behest of the underworld.
