Dear Member,

I am Punit B. Juneja, requesting your support for the post of Vice President.

In recent years, decisions affecting our daily practice were taken without proper consultation with the Bar. This has weakened Bar–Bench coordination and made routine work difficult. I believe this must change with respectful communication and sincere follow-up.

I have been on this campus since 2003 and have seen better systems. Today, repeated registry visits, conflicting circulars, and avoidable objections have become part of practice. Proper representation can resolve this.

My focus is simple:
• Support juniors through training and study circles
• Help clerks adapt to e-filing and digital systems
• Improve workspace, cubicles, parking, and basic infrastructure
• Restore constitutional reforms like cooling-off and no-repeat terms

I am not seeking a long term — only two years of committed service.

If you believe change is needed, I request your vote.

Respected Members and my Seniors of GHCAA,

During today's recess, I presented a Donation Box labeled "GHCAA Unconstitutional Election Expenses Fund" for 20 minutes at Associations Tea Room. I am grateful for the overwhelming response and feedback received. This symbolic protest aimed to address the unconstitutional resolution Dated 25.10.2023 made public along with the Election notice dated 23.11.2023.

From Resolution it's clear that, resolution is declared passed by a simple majority. However, owing to its impact of amending constitution it required a Special Majority.

Nevertheless, I am committed to participating in the election, covering my rest of the fees for participating in the process. Your generous support, surpassing the token request, adds a weighty responsibility on my shoulders.

In response to concerns raised by my well wishers about compromising my 'dignity,' in this process, I firmly believe that in serving the Association, the dignity of our collective entity takes precedence over individual pride. I will maintain personal connections throughout this process.
