We are delighted to share that our colleague, Ms. POOJA ACHARYA, represented H K Acharya & Company - HKINDIA as a Panelist at the Yi Innovation – Ideate | Define | Showcase session, organized by Young Indians (Yi), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Ahmedabad.
The insightful panel discussion, "From Idea to Investment: Protecting Innovation through Intellectual Property," focused on the critical role of Intellectual Property in transforming innovative ideas into valuable business assets. The session explored how strategic IP protection empowers startups, entrepreneurs, innovators, and investors by fostering innovation, attracting investments, and enabling sustainable growth.
Ms. Acharya shared valuable insights on the importance of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other IP rights in safeguarding innovation and creating long-term competitive advantage. Her contribution reflected our firm's continued commitment to promoting awareness and strengthening the innovation ecosystem through Intellectual Property.
