મહિલા એડવોકેટ જ્યારે Disciplinary Complaint દાખલ કરે છે, ત્યારે તે માત્ર એક ફાઈલ નથી – તે વિશ્વાસ, હિંમત અને ન્યાયની અપેક્ષા છે.

30% મહિલા અનામત પછી માત્ર હાજરી પૂરતી નથી. જરૂરી છે કે ફરિયાદની સુનાવણી સંવેદનશીલ, પારદર્શક અને સુરક્ષિત વાતાવરણમાં થાય. મારી સ્પષ્ટ માંગ છે કે જ્યારે કોઈ મહિલા વકીલ ફરિયાદ કરે, ત્યારે ચૂંટાયેલી મહિલા પ્રતિનિધિઓ તો હાજર રહે જ, પરંતુ શક્ય હોય ત્યાં સુધી મહિલા જજ અથવા મહિલા સભ્ય દ્વારા તેની સુનાવણી થાય.

કોઈપણ મહિલા વકીલ marginalized ન થાય.
કોઈ અવાજ દબાઈ ન જાય.
કોઈને એકલતા અનુભવવી ન પડે.

Bar Council of Gujarat માં હું એવી સિસ્ટમ ઉભી કરવાના પક્ષમાં છું જે મહિલા વકીલોને સન્માન, સુરક્ષા અને ન્યાયની ખાતરી આપે. આ માત્ર વચન નથી – આ મારી 27 વર્ષની કાનૂની સફરની પ્રતિબદ્ધતા છે.

I sincerely express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Falguni Vasavada Oza for her generous words, encouragement and unwavering support.

It was truly an honour to share the stage with her as fellow speakers. Hearing her appreciation for my journey as a woman advocate and for my 23 years of dedicated work in the field of law means a great deal to me.

I am deeply thankful to Dr. Falguni for recognising my commitment towards women empowerment and for extending her full support. Encouragement from strong and accomplished women leaders strengthens our collective voice and purpose.

With humility and gratitude, I remain committed to serving the legal community with integrity, courage and dedication.
