It was an absolute privilege to address such a bright and enthusiastic group of soon-to-be CS members at the ICSI Ahmedabad Chapter as part of the Company Secretary Leadership Development Programme (CLDP).

I was pleased to have an interactive session on Fund Raising through IPO and Preferential Allotment, SEBI ICDR framework, and allied practical aspects of Valuation. The discussion covered both the legal-regulatory foundation and the practical issues that young professionals are likely to encounter in real assignments.

The energy in the room was remarkable and interacting with them was truly invigorating.
