Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to take full ownership of our Corporate Services Departmentβs growth. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for driving sales, building strategic partnerships, overseeing marketing efforts, and leading business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and relationship management, with the ability to operate independently and execute commercial strategies across multiple channels and markets. This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to senior leadership and offering significant influence over the direction and success of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for our corporate services offering. Personally lead high-value deal cycles, from prospecting to closing.
2. Business Development & Partnerships: Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships that expand our reach, enhance our service offering, and drive revenue growth.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across various industries.
4. Marketing Oversight:
Plan and manage marketing initiatives to support lead generation and brand
positioning, including content strategy, digital campaigns, and event participation.
5. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams (legal, operations, finance) to ensure service excellence.
Requirements:
ο· Experience in B2B sales, business development or corporate services
ο· Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
ο· Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
ο· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build a portfolio of clientele and influence clients at all levels of an organization
ο· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead initiatives from scratch
ο· Experience in legal, financial, or professional services (preferred)
ο· Fluent English; other languages
