Worked in a restaurant and was only paid hourly for each hour worked. He did not receive payslips. After filing the claim, the employer immediately paid NIS 35,000. I continued to manage the case because I thought the employee deserved more money. The employer issued fictitious payslips to the court as if he had paid the employee benefits. After we conducted an evidentiary hearing, the employer realized that he should pay what the employee is entitled to without the verdict being published and we signed an agreement according to which the employer would pay the employee another NIS 85,000.

I contacted the company and we insisted that her dismissal is only because she is undergoing fertility treatment and if they do not pay her proper compensation, we will file a lawsuit in court.
