בהליך בו ייצגתי נתבע, התבקש בית המשפט לגרוע חלק מקרקע חקלאית המשויכת לנחלתו ולהצהיר כי הזכויות בה שייכות לתובע.

בפסק דין שניתן ביום 3.8.2026 נדחתה התביעה במלואה תוך חיוב התובע בהוצאות משפט ושכ"ט עו"ד לטובת הלקוח.
