UKVI interpretation on " "-
latest Home Office guidance Updated on August 5, 2020 permits remote working.
UKVI understand that that may not return to the office soon.
We don't know if this is a Covid concession or will be overturned.
In the past Remote Workers were not considered genuine workers for skilled worker purposes.
UK Sponsor license companies should evaluate the SWV employees that are remote workers today and check with UKVI Home office guidance updates.
