אחד הדברים שגרמו לעיכוב בהגשת הבקשה, הייתה החובה לצרף לבקשה, תעודת פטירה. תעודה שההמתנה לה, היתה יכולה לגרום לעתים לעיכובים של שבועות.
מעכשיו, עבור אדם בעל תעודת זהות ישראלית שנפטר בארץ, אין צורך לצרף לבקשה למתן צו ירושה, או קיום צוואה, תעודת פטירה.
בשעה טובה, פקיד במשרד המשפטים יכול לעיין בקובץ המצוי בלשכת האוכלוסין, ללא תיווך והמתנה של האזרח.
עדיין יש לשרות במשרד המשפטים, לאן להשתפר. אך, זו התחלה טובה ובשורה של ממש.

It was perfect timing that while enjoying a delicious Italian vegan cooking workshop at מבשלים חוויה - הבית של סדנאות הבישול, with Inbal Rajuan-galor, we received the news of the closure of a particularly challenging real estate negotiation. We represented multiple tenants in a residential building in Tel Aviv, in a dispute on Tama 38 development rights. After three years of complex negotiations, the case settled in favor of our clients.
