A question we are often asked at Pure Reflections. 🌿

The short answer is yes. If your loved one has been embalmed for a traditional viewing or wake, resomation can still take place afterwards. Whether or not embalming has occurred makes no difference to the process. Resomation safely breaks down and neutralises the embalming fluids, and the resomated remains are placed in an urn and returned to the family.
