✨Meet Chef Eddie ✨

Chef Eddie embarked on his culinary journey over three decades ago, starting off by cooking street food in Bangkok, Thailand, where he learned the trade from his grandmother.

Since then, he has honed his skills in professional kitchens all around the world, including Thailand, Melbourne, Singapore, and the Philippines.

Alongside his wife Jenny, Chef Eddie has brought their street food expertise to various cities such as Limerick City, Cork, Mallow, and Wexford. Eventually, they established the renowned Khao Asian street food restaurant at 66 High Street in Killarney, serving healthy and fresh dishes without the use of MSG since its opening in 2013. More recently, Chef Eddie and Jenny introduced the flavors of Japanese cuisine to the charming town of Killarney. Their new restaurant, Mizu Modern Cuisine, located at 52 High Street, offers a menu filled with signature dishes like sushi, Nigiri, ramen, and tempuras, as well as popular snacks including yaki o nigiri rice. Additionally, they serve Wagu beef burgers, steaks, and a variety of other Japanese delicacies.

As passionate restaurant owners, Eddie and Jenny strive to delight their customers with novel and unforgettable dining experiences.

Investing can be overwhelming. Should I buy now? Should I sell now? I’ll wait a few weeks…missed opportunity. I’ll get in on the next dip. 🔁

As the cliche goes, it’s about time in the market rather than timing the market. Buy low, sell high is the goal but in reality, unless you are lucky, it is difficult to time the market. Therefore, the sooner you start investing, the more time your money has to grow.

The graph shown is an example of €10,000 invested in May 2016, in a multi-Asset ‘Risk 3’ Fund, which is considered low risk.

💸This would return €13,326 today (4.9% increase per annum!)

🏦 Compared to a Bank Deposit Account which would be approximately €10,060 today, with a 0.1% increase per annum – moving your money away from a deposit account is a no brainer!
