Hibernian Law Journal

Hibernian Law Journal The Hibernian Law Journal is one of Ireland's most innovative legal publications. Established in 1999

The Journal's multidisciplinary focus facilitates detailed argument and discussion on a wide range of topics such as e-commerce, arbitration, human rights, intellectual property and public private partnerships. The Hibernian Law Journal enjoys a wide circulation, not only in Ireland, but also in several foreign jurisdictions and on electronic databases such as Westlaw IE. The Journal enjoys broad

support among members of the Irish legal community. It receives sponsorship from the Law Society of Ireland and and several leading Irish law firms. Moreover many of the foremost academics and practitioners in particular fields of expertise have acted as editorial and academic advisers. The main objective of the Journal is to provide cogent and practical analyses of contemporary legal issues, and its multi-disciplinary focus lends itself to the exploration of a diverse range of legal topics, such as e-commerce, human rights, intellectual property and public-private partnerships. Furthermore, the Journal is designed to be a valuable research tool for both trainees and practising solicitors by addressing issues of practical concern and of significant legal importance.
