🫶 Our Under 15’s Ladies Football and Camogie team would like to thank everybody who took part in the recent Darts sweepstake 🎯

The girls managed to raise much needed funds towards the costs of their impending Feile later this year 💵

The winners and semi finalists have been notified directly and there were also 2 other lucky winners for the first bullseye and first 180 of the competition 👏

For a very long time this practice (formerly Brian Grogan & Co.) offered the service of advising on and preparing Enduring Power of Attorneys for many clients. Since April 2023 the system for completing and registering EPA’s changed and it is now almost impossible for us to assist clients. We continue to work through the new system to find a way. This article gives some insight into the difficulties we face.

Minister of State Anne Rabbitte has been forced to intervene in a disagreement between the Law Society and the Decision Support Service over the structures put in place to establish Enduring Powers of Attorney under the new Assisted Decision-Making Capacity Act.
