As a part of our Corporate Social Responsibilities, we have chosen to work with Castleknock Celtic Football Club (CCFC), which encourages local boys and girls to exercise and contribute to their community by participating in a football team.

CCFC was founded in 1987 and has grown from humble beginnings to become one of Ireland's largest clubs, with 55 teams, 171 instructors, and over 950 players ranging from young dribblers to seniors. We are now representing CCFC in the formation of a joint venture charitable organisation with Metro Saint Brigids and Fingal County Council to operate the recently constructed all-weather football pitch surrounded by a six-lane running track at Porterstown Park in Dublin 15.

Working with this cause benefits our society and our young people socially, physically, and mentally.

As you may have seen in the news, the application by Peter Boyle & Co. Solicitors to appoint an Inspector to WFS Forestry was successful.

This is the first ever successful application by a creditor to appoint a High Court Inspector to an Irish company under section 747 of the Companies Act and we are delighted and proud to have been involved in the development of the law in this area.
