Expert, Affordable Advice for Employees

During my career I have worked with a diverse range of private SME’s, not-for-profit and public sector Organisations. I have in excess of fifteen years experience in Senior Management positions including several years operating in HR & Employment Law roles.

Through the course of my career I was contacted by many employees in search of support in relation to difficulties regarding current or previous employment. Those still in the workplace had no internal support while those where their employment had ended could not afford or did not want to pay expensive legal fees to pursue their complaint. This is what inspired me to establish Work Matters; with the aim to provide affordable, expert support to employees, including those where claims have a small monetary value.

I am passionate about employee rights and fairness in the workplace. To date I have successfully supported employees through difficult and stressful situations including; Unfair Dismissal, Constructive Dismissal, Disciplinary & Grievance procedures, Performance Management, Redundancy, Work Entitlements, Equality, Discrimination & TUPE scenarios.

If you have a concern or any question relating to your current or previous employment, please get in touch to see how I can help.
