UCC Child Law Clinic

UCC Child Law Clinic The Clinic is an innovative legal initiative which offers student-led research services to those lit The Clinic team is made up of staff and graduate students.

As a result, it is staffed by volunteers who offer highly skilled legal research with considerable knowledge of child law and children's rights nationally and internationally. The Clinic is directed by Professor Ursula Kilkelly. Members include lecturers Dr Conor O'Mahony; Dr Claire Murray; Dr Fiona Donson and Dr Aisling Parkes; doctoral students Rachel Hanley; Anna Maria Brennan; Fiona Broughton; Katherine Wade and Sarah Jane Judge; and students on the LLM in Child and Family Law
