Douglas Law Solicitors LLP are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary/ Litigation Legal Executive to join our busy practice in Douglas, Cork as part of the Litigation Team.

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual who has the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.

The position is for 5 days a week but we may consider 4 days a week for the right person. Must have excellent organisational skills and technical skills. Proficiency in Legal Evolve or a similar case management system would be beneficial. This role is not suitable for a trainee solicitor.

Experienced Litigation Legal Secretary/Legal Executive sought to join our busy Litigation Department in our offices in Douglas, Cork. This is a full time position. A four day week may be considered for the right candidate.

The candidate must have the following:-

The suitable candidate must have the following:

- Conveyancing experience is essential (at least three years’ experience);
- Excellent administration and communication skills;

- A flexible approach and positive attitude is essential.
