If, due to COVID-19, you are in financial difficulty due to losing your Job or your business closing down we would advise that you take the following steps:

1. Contact your Bank / Lender as soon as possible. We would suggest that you email the bank quoting your mortgage account number and request a payment holiday in line with most up to date government guidelines.

2. If you are in rental property ( Commercial or Private) contact your Landlord as soon as possible outlining your situation and request a break from payment of rent in line with current government guidelines. Please note that there is legislation currently going through the Dáil which will place a temporary ban on evictions from rental property.

3. If you are in difficulty with other loans/ payments we would strongly advise that you make contact with the individual lender/ service providers to try and put whatever necessary measures in place that will offer some temporary financial relief from non-essential outgoings.
