We look forward to welcoming both current and future clients into our office, which re-opened yesterday, Monday 8th of June, in accordance with Government guidelines.

Positive steps have been taken to make our office as safe as possible for everyone, including but not limited to:

- the installation of hand sanitizers

- the installation of a perspex screen in the reception area

- the wearing of masks/face visors during consultations

- adherence to social distancing

- use of a larger, safe and sanitised area for meetings with our clients.

As was the case over the course of lockdown, our staff have been working diligently behind closed doors and we will continue to facilitate web/audio consultations on request.

Good article on the McKillen case in the Supreme Court- Ross Maguire SC draws light on the fact that the courts, even in times of emergency, remain focused on keeping their independence from the exectuive to the forefront and will not "roll over" simply because of a fire brigade situation.
