Agri Legal Advice Affordable legal information and advice. I am basing this conclusion on personal experience. I graduated NUIG with an honors law degree in 2014.

I have been involved in farming all my life and I came to the conclusion in 2010 that it was very hard to find a legal professional that fully understood the farming community. I decided to do something about this and applied for a place in college in Galway through the Access program in 2010. I aim to use this degree, combined with my life experience to provide assistance to the farming community in legal matters.

If you're caring long term for somebody else's children in the absence of their parents, it's important that you have guardianship rights. This could be vital if the child should ever need medical attention etc while in your care. Even if it's your own biological child you need guardianship to make certain decisions. Guardianship and custody are two very different things.

I'm amazed at how many people don't turn up in court to defend themselves in cases like installment order applications. Whatever hope you have of getting an affordable order when you're there to explain your situation to the judge, you are practically guaranteed to have the full order issued against you if you don't turn up on the day.

Did you know that you can be legally separated and still live under the same roof as your former spouse. May not be ideal but it's an option when your financial situation prohibits funding two dwellings. After four years when you're eligible for a divorce if you still want one, you're financial situation may have improved.

Do you know that if you are using a right of way through someone else's land or have one running through yours, it must be registered or you risk losing it in a few years when the LCLRA takes efffect?

Ok, so su***de is the number one silent killer of good people! So if it's a killer, itshould be a big concern. But it's not!!!
That said, September is Su***de Prevention month . If I don't see your name, I'll understand. May I ask my family and friends wherever you might be, to kindly copy and paste this status for one hour to give a moment of support to all of those who have family problems, health struggles, job issues, worries of any kind and just needs to know that someone cares? Do it for all of us, for nobody is immune.
I hope to see this on the walls of all my family
