I moved back to Ireland/Galway in the middle of a housing crisis after living for nearly 20 years abroad.

I was initially horrified at the lack of engagement from real estate agents and then I happened to meet Brian at a house viewing, and after listening to me explain what my dream house would be, he said - you know what I have the perfect house for you.

Four months later (June, 2025) I picked up the keys and have started to create my new home.

I cannot recommend Brian, and his Team enough. It wasn't that he facilitated me finding my dream home. His ability to hear my actual, practical housing needs and (whimsical) wishes meant he found my dream house.

Thank you Brian and Team. It is easy to offer good service in normal market conditions, but you are unique in being able to offer exceptional service in a tough market.

I will be forever thankful.
