It is an honor for me to have been invited as a guest speaker in a public lecture on Administrative Law at the Department of Public Administration, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta.

On this occasion, I had the opportunity to share insights on the dynamics of governmental authority, the use of discretion, and the importance of maintaining a balance between legality and expediency in the practice of public administration.
