Ini Aturan Baru Penyerahan Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal ke BKPM - Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM). menerbitkan aturan baru terkait pedoman pelaksanaan penanaman modal, yaitu Peraturan Kepala BKPM Nomor 7 Tahun 2018 (Perka BKPM 7/2018). Salah satu hal yang menarik dari aturan yang baru tersebut adalah penyeragaman waktu penyerahan Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal (LKPM) ke dalam triwulan.

Kemkominfo Facilitated The Meeting of “Startup” and Foreign Investors - The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kemkominfo) recently facilitated 70 country’s local companies (startup) to meet with the local Indonesian company and foreign investors in Nusa Dua, Bali to share knowledge in business development to be more developed and growth.

“With the meeting of Next Indonesia Unicorn (Nexticorn) International Summit will attract the foreign investment into Indonesia, so there will be additional working capital to use and provide new vacancies,” said Minister of Communications and Informatics (Kominfo), Rudiantara. BI Completes The Regulations of Monetary Operation - In order to strengthen the effectiveness of monetary policy transmission, Bank Indonesia (BI) issues provisions for the completion of monetary operation through PBI No. 20/5/PBI/2018.

Director Management of Monetary Department of BI, Rahmatullah, said that there are three substances of the completion of monetary operation provisions. The first is the merger of monetary operation provisions both of the conventional and sharia way.

The second is the elimination of FDR (Financing To Deposit Ratio) as requirement of Open Market Operation (OMO) of sharia and entering the provisions of Securities of Bank Indonesia (SBBI) for foreign exchange (forex). Read more? click the picture below

Cara Pengisian LKPM Bagi Perusahaan Belum Berproduksi Komersial - Terbitnya Peraturan Kepala Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal Nomor 7 Tahun 2018 tentang Pedoman dan Tata Cara Pengendalian Pelaksanaan Penanaman Modal (Perka BKPM 7/2018) menandakan munculnya aturan baru terkait penanaman modal di Indonesia. Aturan tersebut menggantikan aturan yang lama, yaitu Peraturan Kepala BKPM Nomor 14 Tahun 2017.

Manufacturing Industry Contributed Up To 20 Percent Increasing - The manufacturing industry had recorded growth during the first quarter of 2018 at 4.50 percent. It was higher than the same period of the previous year at 4.28 percent. The manufacturing sector during the first quarter of this year was still the largest contributor that reached at 20.27 percent of the national economy.

“The growth was supported by increased of production both in the large scale sector as well as small and medium industries (SME). Except of that, there is the increase the exports for non oil and gas commodities,” said Minister of Industry, Airlangga Hartarto, through his statement.

Pengusaha Sawit Penting Ketahui Aturan Inpres Moratorium Ini

Instruksi Presiden Nomor 8 Tahun 2018 (Inpres 8/2018) terkait penundaan sementara (moratorium) izin tanaman sawit. Moratorium tersebut sebenarnya sudah direncanakan semenjak April 2016 lalu.

Namun baru dilaksanakan mulai September 2018 lalu. Moratorium tersebut berlaku paling lama untuk tiga tahun ke depan.
Moratorium tersebut bertujuan untuk hilirisasi dan peremajaan tanaman sawit.

Jamkrindo Targets To Cooperate With Fintech Companies

Indonesian Credit Guarantee State Owned Companies (Jamkrindo) will increase the cooperation with financial technology (fintech) company. It is to expand its business Jamkrindo business.

“For this year, maximum we are targeting to work with two to three fintech, but the possibility is only two (companies) so that in the end of the year we already work with four fintech,” explained Director of Perum Jamkrindo Randi Anto in his office.

Fintech Sharia Increase Rapidly As Market Demand

Until february 2018 the amount of money that could be distributed by sharia commercial banks and sharia business units have reached about Rp 282.1 trillion. However according to the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the amount have gone down 1.3% compared to last year that was able to reach Rp 285.7 trillion.

While financial technology (Fintech), which also provide loan (P2P Lending), and even, also use the method of sharia, have ditributed loan about Rp 4.47 trillion until March 2018.
