The March 31 OTA compliance deadline has passed, and enforcement is now active. Airbnb began contacting owners in early April, requesting NIB documentation or threatening listing suspension. Satgas teams have also begun site visits across Bali.

Just last week, Bali was struck by one of its worst floods in years. Heavy rain led to landslides and flooding over much of the island, displacing families, damaging homes, public facilities, and workplaces. It is causing significant harm and lasting wounds in many communities.

Our office was not spared. Floodwaters entered Vidhi Law Office and damaged part of our workspace.
