Graduated from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, West Java, in 1989 majoring Civil Law and obtaining his master degree at Udayana University in Business Law. He also got intensive course from University of San Francisco School of Law in Negotiation and Mediation techniques for three months in 1999. He was an educator of Negotiation and Mediation at the Center for Commercial Law and Economics, Udayana University, Bali, and the coordinator of Bali Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute, the joint institution between Udayana University and USF School of Law, USA. He is the General Secretary of Indonesia National Board of Arbitration, Bali (BANI Bali) from 2002 to 2005, and the coordinator of Non Litigation Section of Legal Community Assistance Bureau at Indonesian Bar Association (AAI), Bali, since 2002, and as a member of Board of Directors of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) Bali, Indonesia. From year 2016 up to NOW as a Chairman of Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) Denpasar.
