We’re almost to the finish line of completely gutting & redesigning this beachfront condo. (All in one month!) 🙈 From extremely dated to coastal jungle vibes, just the finishing touches are left… a few final furniture pieces are being locally made, art is being hung, and then the final bippity boppity boo of styling and she’ll be on the Airbnb market. 🪄 This is JWD’s first big project like this and has been endlessly fun. 🌿Wait until you see the master bath transformation. ☺️

New Project Alert! A couple recently bought a beachfront condo & asked me to help design the space: including choosing paint, tiles & finishings. A dream come true for my little design studio. 😍 They want to incorporate warm grey & natural materials, so I sent over this mood board today. The client responded with, “I love it! Let’s do it!” 🤗
P.S. These tiles, vessel sinks, vinyl flooring & handmade stone + wood vanity are all sourced in Roatan!

The challenge with real estate staging is working with what yah got sometimes (like this brown couch). It was dark and outdated when paired with a patterned ottoman coffee table and pillows. But it transformed nicely when adding white throw pillows & focusing the room on light white & naturals.

A great solution: tapestries. 🌿 You can find handmade ones on or commission a local artist like this epic water-inspired macrame tapestry from Roatan artist that was woven on driftwood from the Bay Islands. 🌊
